These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between the provider and the customer in the eurel.shop online store. By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

2. Scope
These terms apply to all distance contracts concluded via eurel.shop. The terms valid at the time of ordering apply.
3. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the provider confirms receipt of the order by email. Orders are stored electronically and available on request.
4. Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are shown before checkout and on the Shipping & Payment page.
5. Ordering process
The customer adds items to the cart, enters delivery details, selects a payment method and submits the order. Purchase is possible without registration (as a guest).
6. Payment methods
Payment is possible by cash on delivery (Slovenia only) or via PayPal. Cash payment on personal pickup at the company premises is not possible.
7. Invoices
An invoice is issued for every order and enclosed with the shipment or sent by email.
8. Delivery and delivery times
Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Costs and delivery times are listed on the Shipping & Payment page. Personal pickup at the premises is possible by arrangement.
9. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period begins on the day the customer takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right, the customer informs the provider with a clear statement (e.g. by email to customer.service@eurel.si). The model withdrawal form (PDF) may be used but is not mandatory. Goods must be returned within 14 days; direct return costs are borne by the customer. Payments received are refunded within 14 days. The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made goods or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, among others.
10. Warranty and guarantee
Statutory warranty and the manufacturer’s guarantee per the warranty card apply. Defects must be reported within the statutory period and described in detail.
11. Complaints
Please send complaints to customer.service@eurel.si. We will process them as soon as possible.
12. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
13. Dispute resolution
Please address complaints to customer.service@eurel.si. The provider does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent.
14. Final provisions
The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies. The competent court is at the provider’s registered seat.
