How much is shipping and how fast do you deliver?
Shipping within Slovenia is €3.90, and free for orders over €60. Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days.
Is local pickup available?
Yes, pickup is available at our premises in Poljčane (Bistriška cesta 54) by prior arrangement.
Which payment methods are available?
At checkout you can choose cash on delivery, PayPal or online card payment.
What is your return policy?
For distance purchases, as a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
Where are EUREL products made?
EUREL small household appliances are developed and manufactured in Slovenia.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Yes, the products are covered by the statutory warranty and the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the warranty card.
